New Report indicates that solar and wind could supply most of North Carolina’s future electricity needs

Solar and wind energy could supply most of North Carolina’s future electricity needs, cites a March 2010 study by Duke Economics Professor John Blackburn.  Blackburn concludes that wind and solar combined could supply more than three-fourths of the state’s electric power.
